- Ferry times are subject to change without notice and it is recommended to reconfirm them with the ferry operator prior to departure (Their contact phone number will be printed on your voucher)
- Please note all tickets made in the one transaction for Taronga zoo must be used all at the one time
- All guests must enter via the main entrance until further notice.
- Guests arriving by ferry will need to take the bus up to the main entrance (at own expense)
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Mobile Vouchers are accepted! - Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
- Vouchers must be presented to and exchanged for cruise and Taronga Zoo entry tickets at Captain Cook Cruises ticket office in Circular Quay or Darling Harbour before departure (Vouchers cannot be exchanged at Taronga Zoo)

close to animals great view friendly staff and many cafe and toilet.
actually we don't have any kids yet..but we both enjoy the day in zoo Taronga..its was amazing experience and love the scenery..staff so friendly and very helping..but please put more kangaroo and can we touch it like in Perth..i would love bring my niece here soon..we from Malaysia stay in Melbourne💖.

Convinient and Enjoyable, lots of animals to see and explore.
The whole experience was convenient, would recommend this to anyone who would like to go to Taronga Zoo without stressing the transport to and from the zoo. Easy departure from the wharf and even entering the venue was all organised with the bus picking us up directly from the pickup time we arrived on land.

Fantastic day trip to the zoo. Definitely worth buying.
We had a great trip to the zoo. The express trip pass was amazing. Not being crammed onto public transport was definitely a plus on the way back. We had room on the boat it was easy to catch and the people were lovely. We spent the whole day at the zoo and it was fantastic. I would definitely recommend it.
