- This voucher can be used for any experience listed on the Experience Oz website
- If redeeming an experience that is of higher value than the selected amount, the redeemer is required to pay the difference.
- If redeeming an experience that is less than the selected amount, the remaining value will be added as a credit to the redeemer's Experience Oz customer account
- If the person redeeming doesn't have a Experience Oz customer account, one can be created for them to have the credit added
- Experience Oz does not offer any refunds for experience gift vouchers
- A gift voucher will be received by email after purchase
- Give your gift voucher to your Gift Recipient, they will then need to follow the instructions to redeem their experience
- Gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase
- Upon redemption a confirmation email/ticket will be sent to the gift recipient

Hard to track but easy to send
Hard to track gift vouchers redeemed and what value is actually left when in use. Great that it can be sent directly to people as gifts but to set up an account and redeem the voucher as credits is quite a long and drawn out process. Not as many experiences to choose from, with some experiences removed.

Easy to buy, bit more complicated to redeem and check
The buying process of gift vouchers is really easy but the redemption process is clunky. Trying to track these on your account to see what your balance is and what you have redeemed isn't very straightforward. Seems to be lot missing from an access point of view for account users. You can only check your credit balance when you check out, so you have to pretend you're buying something just so you know what you have left. Vouchers and credits option for accounts takes you to orders, when it should list your transaction and the credits you have redeemed and used instead!

Zoo gift experience with actual tickets that can be used with no need to exchange
Purchased 4 gift cards for the zoo experience which is an actual ticket to be used, which I love. As the person I’m gifting who isn’t good with technology, it's good that they won’t need to join and create an account to redeem it. It was super quick and super easy to purchase. Iould definitely recommend it as they email it over to the receier in minutes and it’s presented nicely.
