  • Free parking, luggage and bag storage are available at the departure location
  • Participants will be provided with a life jacket and spray coat. When necessary, cold weather accessories will also be provided. It is best to wear clothes to suit the weather that can get wet
  • Throughout the experience participants will be sprayed with water however, they will not be soaked
  • Tours operate with a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 11-13 participants
  • This tour is not suitable for infants under 18 months old
  • Devices and cameras are welcome on the tour. Participants are responsible for any damage that may occur to these items
  • The guide will deliver live commentary in English. Translated commentary may be available by recording. Written safety briefings are available in multiple languages and must be understood by all passengers
