  • The recommended minimum weight limit is 20kg, maximum 125kg
  • It is essential that all customers contact the experience provider on the day before the trip to confirm departure. Rotorua Adventures reserves the right to cancel or amend any trip due to safety issues, weather, river or road conditions, or insufficient numbers
  • A minimum of 6 customers are required before the trip will proceed
  • You are required to bring a swimsuit and towel. All other specialist clothing will be supplied
