What To Bring
  • Please ensure you wear flat, secure and enclosed footwear
  • Winter can get cold, so it is recommended to layer-up and take a jacket
Additional Information
  • Transportation is compulsory. The Nevis is located on private land and is only accessible by our 4WD buses. Buses depart the Station Building in the centre of Queenstown.
  • Cameras: If you wish to take a camera out to the jump pod, or you wish to jump with a camera attached to you, it needs to be safely secured to your person to ensure it cannot be dropped. Jumping with a camera is entirely at your own risk and ONLY at the discretion of the jump crew. The waiver you sign when checking in fully indemnifies AJHB of any loss or injury associated with you jumping with your camera.
  • Spectators are welcome to accompany the Bungy Jumper throughout the whole experience, including getting harnessed up and going out to the Bungy Pod a very cool experience, even if Bungy Jumping isn’t your forte - Please book this directly with the supplier.
  • It is recommended that all customers are well rested, hydrated and have recently eaten before commencing their activity.
Terms And Conditions
  • Age: Min 13 yrs (Children 14 and under need to be accompanied by an adult) Max 110 yrs
  • Weight: Min 45kg - Max 127kg
  • Please inform our crew if you have any of the following conditions (please note it does not necessarily prevent you from Bungy Jumping, Swinging or Zipriding): High or low blood pressure, heart conditions, epilepsy (excluding photosensitive epilepsy – see note below), broken or fractured bones/dislocations, fragile skin, neurological disorders, diabetes, asthma, prosthetics, panic/anxiety attacks or recent sprains/muscular injuries.
  • If you are pregnant (no matter stage you are in) or have photosensitive epilepsy unfortunately we are unable to jump you. There are no exceptions.
  • Please note, if you have osteoporosis or scoliosis, or a recent concussion, we will require a doctor’s certificate from you pre-jump.
Cancellation Policy
  • If you cancel your experience more than 48 hours before the scheduled activity time = Fully refundable.
  • If you cancel your experience less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity time = Non-refundable.
  • If you fail to arrive for your scheduled activity time your booking will be non-refundable. Please check your activity details carefully for your check-in time.
  • Date and time change policies are: 
  • If you change the date or time of your experience more than 48 hours before the scheduled activity time = No cost.  
  • If you change the date or time of your experience less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity time = $50 administrative fee applies.

  • Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
  • Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
