What you can expect
Take on the thrill of a lifetime and discover the magic of Newcastle from above with a Tandem Skydive up to 15,000ft! The fun doesn't truly begin until you reach the dropzone. On the count of three, you'll be out of the plane door and free-falling for up to 60 seconds and reaching speeds of up to 200km/hr, all while attached to a qualified skydiving instructor. Once the intitial fall is over and your parachute has been deployed, you'll be able to relax and catch your breath as you leisurely float to views of the entire region for around 5 to 7 minutes. Offering up magnificent views of the Hunter Valley and Lake region, as well as unforgettable views of the amazing NSW coastline, this experience is truly one to tell the grandkids.
All personalised training and instruction is provided before your jump to help settle any fears you may have. The drop zone is located at Belmont Airport, Newcastle and is accessible by car, bus or train. - Transfers from Sydney are available Monday to Friday
- Skydives operate daily from 8am. Allow approximately 4 hours for your total skydive experience
- Transfers from Sydney are available Monday to Friday at 6.50am for a 7am pick up
- If you are self driving, please meet at the drop zone check-in office, located at Belmont Airport, 864 Pacific Hwy, Marks Point, approximately a 90 minute drive from Sydney and 30 minute drive from Newcastle
- Transfers are available from Sydney CBD Monday to Friday 6.50am for 7am departure. Transfers must be arranged direct with the supplier after booking. Pick up point is at the bus stop in front of 806 George St, Sydney. Please arrive at the requested time for the scheduled pickup time. Passengers will need to allow the entire day as all passengers on the transfer must jump before the bus returns. We will provide an estimated time of departure when confirming your booking.
- You must be 16 years of age or older to skydive
- There is no maximum age limit, however reasonable fitness is required
- If you are over 110kg, you will be subject to tandem master assessment. Surcharges apply to participants 94kg and over (see below for weight surcharges)
- Maximum weight 120kg
- All jumps are subject to change due to weather conditions
- Where possible, please notify us prior to the jump date of any existing medical conditions or illness. Medical conditions which could affect the customer’s safety should be discussed with a doctor to ensure customers are fit to skydive. Please advise if you are taking prescription medication
- 94kg - 104.9kg: $50 to pay on arrival (94kg and above requires an on site assessment to determine safety issues due to harness size restrictions)
- 105kg to 114.9kg: $75 to pay on arrival
- 115kg and above: $100 to pay on arrival
- Risk Warning: Your participation in parachuting activities is inherently dangerous and may involve risks. These risks include, but are not limited to those arising from prevailing conditions such as weather or health conditions you may have. Despite careful packing, the parachute may open abruptly or not open correctly which may result in injury. Unintended incidents may occur during the aircraft flight, descent or on landing.
- Parachuting is done at the parachutists' own risk. Any person parachuting, training to parachute, flying in any aircraft being used for parachuting or participating in any activity carried out by Skydive Australia may only do so on the distinct understanding that they do so entirely at their own risk.
- It is highly recommended to reconfirm your skydive time and pick up time and location at least 48 hours prior to the date of the activity
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on the day of the activity. Vouchers presented on a mobile device are also accepted
- For your information, complete Tour Operator Information including contact details are included on your tour voucher
- Availability was accurate at the time of booking however, is subject to change due to circumstances out of our control. We strongly suggest reconfirming your booking with the tour operator within 24 hours of making your booking and prior to making other travel arrangements

Do this you won't regret it - so much fun with great instructors
Do this you won't regret it - so much fun with great instructors. Sounds scary but at the end of the day, it's just a rush with an awesome view. Try and do it on a clear day, our day was a little showery but still worth it. The clouds added an extra dimension!

From start to finish a thoroughly professional and safe experience. Dived with family and was an exhilarating experience. Beautiful views of Newcastle shoreline and Lake Macquarie. Go do a 15000 feet tandem skydive with them. And do not forget pics and videos combo for 159 AUD!
