- Standard opening hours are: Mon - Thu: 10 am - 5.30 pm (last entry 3.30 pm) Fri - Sat: 10 am - 9.30 pm (last entry 7.30 pm) Sun: 10 am - 5.30 pm (last entry 3.30 pm)
- Please check the LUME's website to confirm opening hours on the date of your visit.
- Our all-day tickets give you the flexibility to visit at your convenience. Book your tickets and arrive anytime during opening hours that suits your family best. This experience has no time limit, but it is recommended you allow two hours to enjoy all aspects of the Leonardo Da Vinci experience at THE LUME Melbourne.
- THE LUME Melbourne is located at 5 Convention Centre Pl, South Wharf, within Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC).
- Located minutes from the city centre, the gallery is easily accessible by tram, train, bike and car, with parking available in the immediate vicinity. Please check the website for more information.
- Once you purchase your ticket through Experience Oz, you must confirm your booking with THE LUME Melbourne. If you do not receive an email from THE LUME, please contact their team or visit the box office on site.
- Upon arrival to THE LUME Melbourne, please present this voucher to the box office to receive your entry tickets

While the projected images and animations within the experience are slow-moving, if you are sensitive to moving light or have been diagnosed with photosensitive epilepsy, please be advised that some moving light may trigger seizures in some people
- THE LUME Melbourne is a cash-free venue; all outlets within THE LUME Melbourne accept card payments only
- Cafe seating is not guaranteed during peak times
- Please note that Leonardo da Vinci is a temporary experience running until the 8 December 2024. When it ends it will be succeeded by a difference experience showcasing another world-renowned artistic or cultural movement. RedBalloon vouchers purchased for Leonardo da Vinci can be exchanged for other experiences at THE LUME Melbourne.
