Bad experience!!! They didn’t reimburse our money.
Bad experience!!! We booked a day before but when we called them it wasn’t in the system yet. We waited for 30 minutes but we couldn’t call them anymore. We tried calling them to confirm the pick up point, no one answered. There website showed 2 locations we weren’t able to ride the bus because we went to the other location and waited there and hoping that the bus would stop there. We called them to explained what happened but they didn’t reimburse our money.
