We booked a two hour cruise for two o'clock on Saturday all paid for and when we arrived a very rude man informed us that our cruise was booked out at two so we would need to do 130 which we were happy to do after getting the ticket he rudely informed us that we would do one hour cruise then would have to catch another boat when that one finished for another hour

I had a problem with gift vouchers, but Experience Oz solved the problem and gave the equivalent money as credits and I used them for the next purchase. Sorry I misjudged Experience Oz. I'm looking forward for my next experience, Sydney hop on hop off bus tour.

The Melbourne sightseeing river cruise was amazing

The Melbourne sightseeing river cruise was amazing. The staff were very friendly, The tour guide was extremely funny and very knowledgeable. The boat we went on also had free coffee provided. I would recommend the garden cruise if you just want a calm boat ride but if you want a more exciting informational one, I suggest the downstream Yarra tour. I would definitely ride again!

Beautiful river cruise

Beautiful river cruise, very informative tour guide. The guide did have a tendency to mumble sometimes, so some information was lost. The other crew seemed a little tired and over it but overall I would recommend the cruise for sightseers and history buffs.
