  • Complimentary city pick-ups are available from every major motel/hotel within the CBD, however these must be pre-booked so let us know if you require transportation

  • Please meet for your balloon flight at 'Sofi's Lounge', 1st floor of the Sofitel Hotel, Melbourne

  • Outdoor clothes recommended (avoid whites)
  • Solid shoes as the ground is often covered with dew in the early morning
Additional Information
  • The temperature in the balloon is the same as on the ground and you move with the breeze there is no wind chill factor
  • As ballooning is a weather dependent activity you will need to check meeting time and weather conditions
  • The exact meeting time will not be the time on your booking confirmation, please do not rely on this time
  • The exact meeting time will be explained by your pilot on the recorded message after 6:30pm on the evening before your flight
  • You will receive an email 2 days before your flight with details of how to access the recorded message
  • Please note that if you do not show up for any reason or you miss your flight due to arriving late, your flight will be forfeited
  • Must be able to stand up for the duration of the flight (approximately one hour)
  • Minimum age is seven years
  • Minimum height 130 cm
  • Not suitable for those that are pregnant, wheelchair users or those recovering from recent surgery
Terms And Conditions
  • This quote is for one person. On the day of the flight, there will be a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 people in the basket
  • Hot air ballooning is a weather dependant activity, the pilot will confirm the weather the night before
Cancellation Policy
  • Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
