- Reservations are required. Please follow the booking instructions to redeem and book online
- The vouchers can only be redeemed online, they cannot be used in person or for walk-ins
- The vouchers are valid for online redemption until the specific expiry date. Any unredeemed, unused vouchers past the expiry date will be forfeited.
- Vouchers are valid on the specific activity listed on the voucher, from Monday to Sunday
- Each unique barcode number can only be used once. It cannot be used with other promotions and discount codes including the Family Deal.

- Please note, everyone will need a valid form of ID to enter the venue
- Holey Moley Chadstone does not allow minors or under 18’s in the venue after 8pm Friday - Saturday, and 11pm Sunday - Thursday
- Due to our liquor licence requirements, minors attending the venue prior to these times MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times
- While unaccompanied minors and under 18’s are permitted, we request that pre-teens and younger children are accompanied by a responsible adult
Cancellation Policy
- No refunds will be given for a change of mind. This includes partial or full refunds
- To change a booking, you can do so by calling our concierge team at least 24 hours prior to the booking, and is subject to availability and price
- You will not incur additional charges for the changed booking

- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
