What you can expect

If you are a lover of fine spirits then this tour is for you. Grab some friends and head out on this Distillery tour with lunch, departing from Hobart City. After being picked up from your accommodation, you’ll head out to visit three iconic distilleries in the local Hobart area: Spring Bay Distillery, Killara Distillery and Devil's Distillery. Your passionate industry tour guides will take you on a journey from barrel to bottle, providing insights about the fine art of distillation. On this behind the scenes tour, you’ll also get to try out new and unreleased samples, as well as get your hands dirty and create your very own whisky from different single malt barrels. The tour includes cheese, biscuits, chocolate and fruit for morning tea and general grazing throughout, as well as a sit down lunch as the local Distillery Loft. Meet Tasmanian distillery royalty and enjoy a chat with them as you taste ‘New Make’ spirits directly from the still before it starts to mature.
