  • There is no charge to transfer the package to a friend, which can be done on arrival.
  • Maximum of one player per pod at any one time. Maximum of six people playing at any one time.
  • Spectators can watch players from a spectating area
  • Some games allow for a "Seated Play" mode.
Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice. Such reservations may only be rescheduled under the same terms as the original reservation’s pricing and applicable restrictions.
  • As a courtesy, FREAK Entertainment may elect to reschedule such cancellations, but shall do so at its sole discretion and may require the payment of an administrative fee.
