- Pick up and return dates (for theme park transfers)
- Return transfers from Gold Coast Airport to your hotel (Suburbs south of Main Beach only)
- Return Theme Park transfers from your hotel to Movie World, Wet'n'Wild, Sea World, Paradise Country, Dreamworld, WhiteWater World, OR Harbour Town Shopping Centre (Suburbs between Runaway Bay and Tweed Heads only)

- Upon booking, you will receive an instant confirmation with the local transport operator's information. You will need to reconfirm with the operator your pick up point and time by 2pm the day prior to your transfer
- Luggage is limited to one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person (per airport weight guidelines). Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, bikes etc) may have certain restrictions, please enquire with the transport operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Confirmation of your transfer will be received at time of booking. Local transport operator's information including phone number is included on your confirmation voucher
- International arrival information - Please collect your luggage, clear customs and proceed toward the glass sliding exit doors at the northern end of the terminal. Please wait inside the terminal under the Transit Centre Sign. Your driver will make contact with you there. Please keep an eye out for your driver who will be wearing a blue shirt and red Con-x-ion hat
- Domestic arrival information - Please collect your luggage and proceed toward the glass sliding exit doors at the northern end of the terminal. - Theme park shuttles operate daily around 9am, 10:30am (from your accommodation), 1pm, 3pm and 5pm (from theme parks). Times are subject to change. Pick up times vary depending on where you are staying, so please confirm your exact pick up time with the operator
- Please note: airport transfers run every hour on the hour

Great service. Definitely worth booking if coming to Gold Coast.
This is definitely worthwhile booking if you need transport to and from your hotel. Our driver was excellent, he was super friendly and while driving through Gold Coast he pointed out many things to do and see along the way. Will definitely book again when I’m in Gold Coast next.

The best shuttle bus service at Gold Coast
The best shuttle bus service at Gold Coast. Reliable and punctual bus drivers that we can sit back and relax. Highly recommended to any future travellers if you don’t want to drive. The theme parks return time are flexible if you are not sure when to get back. Just phone their customer service for the change of your return time.

The easy booking process
The easy booking process, 24/7 availability and drivers were informative and accommodating. Very friendly on phone staff. We found this service very helpful as it included transfers to and from the airport and theme parks over a seven day period. Would use this company through Experience Oz again.
