- This experience has a duration of 1 Hour, 1.5 Hour and 2 Hour cruises.
- One hour cruises are only available from 4pm each day.

- You are required to arrive at our departure location at least 10 minutes prior to your cruise departure time
- Late arrival will result in a shortened cruise duration
- Departure times are subject to prior bookings

- Prices set out are not applicable on Valentines Day (14 February) as a Special Valentines Day package with set departure times apply Bookings can only be confirmed upon payment of a minimum deposit of 50% Customers are required to arrive at our Gondola departure point at Mariners Cove 15 minutes ahead of their cruise departure time A 10% surcharge applies on public holidays & New Years Eve. All prices are inclusive of G.S.T.

Cancellation Policy
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
