- You may get asked to present some form of ID to prove your child is under 3 years old to enter free of charge
- Tickets are valid for entry 12 months from date of purchase
- Entry to Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint must be completed within the 7 day period from your first visit.
- The 2 Day Ticket allows access to Dreamworld and SkyPoint Observation Deck and WhiteWater World during it's seasonal operations
- WhiteWater World entry is only available during seasonal operations
- All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
- Pensioners must produce an Australian Government issued pension, disability, seniors, or veteran affairs card to gain entry (Pensioners does not include students)
- No eskies, food or beverages can be brought into Dreamworld (Food can be brought into WhiteWater World)
- No food or drink may be brought onto the premises, including alcohol
