What you can expect
On this Litchfield Park day tour, immerse yourself in the natural splendour of top attractions and explore First Nations bush food and traditional medicine along with guided walks to stunning waterfalls. After being picked up from your accommodation, depart Darwin with a qualified local guide who will offer insightful commentary on the region’s historical landmarks. Visit the finest natural locations, Florence and Wangi Falls, Buley Rockhole, Berry Springs, and the Magnetic and Cathedral Termite Mounds. Cool off in the idyllic spring-fed waterfalls of Wangi, one of the most popular swimming holes, or simply relax in the picnic area and admire the cascading falls with a cool drink from the nearby cafe.
Afterward, enjoy a guided walk through the tropical monsoon vine forests and learn about ancient First Nations bush food and medicine passed down through generations.
