- Enter Cairns Koalas & Creatures at own risk. No claims for injury/damage, regardless of cause
- Children must be supervised
- No commercial filming/photography without written approval from management
- Minimum 2 customers, maximum 8 customers
- Please note that this product is not available between 12 noon and 1.30pm
- No touching of koalas allowed, however, discounted koala holding photos are available
- Bookings are essential for this experience
- Online bookings only available for over 24 hours in advance

Cancellation Policy
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
