What you can expect

Embark on a full-day private tasting tour that showcases the wonderful flavours and scenery of Far North Queensland. Departing Cairns enjoy a visit to five carefully selected local businesses in the Atherton Tablelands. Enjoy morning tea at Mungalli Dairy Cafe an introduction to their biodynamic and organic dairy products. Then, pay a visit to Crater Mountain Coffee, the highest coffee plantation in Australia, for a quick tour and tasting of their high-altitude coffee. Once you've gotten your coffee fix, it'll be time to awaken the taste buds with a round of whisky, gin and rum tasting at one of the region's premier distilleries, Mt. Uncle Distillery, whilst learning all about the craft of the distilling process. The tour winds down with a tropical fruit wine tasting at De Brueys Boutique Winery and a beer tasting at Macalisters Brewing Co including, possibly, a chat with the brewer himself. Enjoy lunch at one of the venues during the day.
