- Reservations are required. Please follow the instructions on your voucher to book online and redeem
- The vouchers can only be redeemed online, they cannot be used in person or for walk-ins
- The vouchers are valid for online redemption until the specific expiry date. Any unredeemed, unused vouchers past the expiry date will be forfeited
- Vouchers are valid on the specific activity listed on the voucher, from Monday to Sunday
- Each unique barcode number can only be used once. It cannot be used with other promotions and discount codes including the Family Deal
- These unique codes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

- Holey Moley Brisbane City and Chermside do not allow minors or under 18’s in the venue after 8pm Monday - Sunday.
- While unaccompanied minors and under 18’s are permitted prior to the listed times at Holey Moley Brisbane City, we request that pre-teens and younger children are accompanied by a responsible adult
Cancellation Policy
- No refunds will be given for a change of mind. This includes partial or full refunds
- To change a booking, you can do so by calling our concierge team at least 24 hours prior to the booking, and is subject to availability and price
- You will not incur additional charges for the changed booking
