- Tours are weather dependent. If the tour is cancelled by the experience provider due to poor weather, you will be rescheduled by the experience provider directly.
- This experience is 3.5 hours in length
- There is a morning or afternoon tour option, morning tours depart from 9.45am and afternoon tours at 1.45pm
- This experience takes place in the Barossa Valley, SA, approximately 60 minutes north of Adelaide.
- If you are driving to the Barossa Valley, the experience provider can meet you at Penfolds Wines carpark at 30 Tanunda Rd, Nuriootpa SA 5355 where there is free parking.
- If you are staying overnight in the Barossa you will be picked up from your accommodation. You will need to organize with the tour provider the pick up address.

- 48 hours to up to 2 weeks prior to the experience date: $50 per person participant fee to change the experience date and time
- Within 48 hours of the experience date, No Shows and Late Arrivals: Participants forfeit their experience and therefore are not entitled to a refund

- Change of participant is not permitted
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
