What you can expect

Departing, Albany, lace up the hiking boots and head out on a half day bushwalking tour to the Granite Skywalk in Porongurup National Park. The granite range is just 45 minutes from Albany and the 4.2km walk leads you to the summit where the suspended walk sits on Castle Rock with views of gorgeous farmland, Mt Gardner and the Stirling Range as far as the eye can see. Accompanied by a tour guide, you'll learn about the history of the area and Traditional Owners of the land. Keep your eye out for orchids and some of the 78 bird species that are found on this walk. After the bushwalk, a delicious lunch is served at the Ironwood Estate Winery.
