What you can expect

Join our local elders for a 90-minute interactive workshop and immerse yourself in the art of traditional Aboriginal weaving. This engaging experience offers the chance to learn about the integral skill of basket weaving, a vital practice among First Nations people for creating baskets, jewelry, and nets. Discover and practice the techniques and cultural significance behind these traditional weaving methods, and connect with Aboriginal culture through this hands-on art form.

  • Exceeding this time will be considered a no-show, and the tour will proceed as scheduled.

  • This experience will operate for groups of 6-30 people. Minimums and availability apply.
  • If minimum numbers are not met, experience may take place pending a minimum payment.
