Terms And Conditions
  • Reservations are required. Please follow the booking instructions on your voucher to redeem and select a date online
  • The vouchers can only be redeemed online, they cannot be used in person or for walk-ins
  • The vouchers are valid for online redemption until the specific expiry date. Any unredeemed, unused vouchers past the expiry date will be forfeited
  • Vouchers are valid on the specific activity listed on the voucher, from Monday to Sunday
  • Each unique voucher code can only be used once. It cannot be used with other promotions and discount codes including the Family Deal 
  • These unique codes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry. Please check our house rules and minors’ policy on our website
  • Please note, everyone will need a valid form of ID to enter the venue after 5pm in Adelaide
Cancellation Policy
  • To change a booking, you can do so by calling our team at least 24 hours prior to the booking, and is subject to availability and price
  • You will not incur additional charges for the changed booking
  • No refunds will be given for a change of mind. This includes partial or full refunds
