- One challenge room experience is a total of 30 minutes
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your booked in session so we can brief you on the game play, show you to your room and have you playing as soon as possible
- This experience takes place on Level 1 of Rundle Place, located at 77-91 Rundle Mall, Adelaide SA 5000.

- Reservations are required. Please redeem and select a booking online
- The vouchers can only be redeemed online, they cannot be used in person or for walk-ins
- The vouchers are valid for online redemption until the specific expiry date. Any unredeemed, unused vouchers past the expiry date will be forfeited
- Vouchers are valid on the specific activity listed on the voucher, from Monday to Sunday at any time
- Each unique voucher code can only be used once. It cannot be used with other promotions and discount codes including the Family Deal

- No refunds will be given for a change of mind. This includes partial or full refunds
- To change a booking, you can do so by calling our concierge team at least 24 hours prior to the booking, and is subject to availability and price
- You will not incur additional charges for the changed booking
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
